Satisfactory 1.0 Released: A Factory Builder Success

After more than five years in early access, Satisfactory 1.0 has officially launched today. Originally released on March 19, 2019, the game has sold over 5.5 million copies, building an impressive community along the way.

Just five hours after release, Steam stats show a surge in player activity, with concurrent users jumping from 5,000 to over 100,000 – and the numbers are still rising!

The 1.0 update introduces Tier 9, new advanced buildings like the Converter and Quantum Encoder, revamped cosmetics, portal travel, and crucial optimizations. The update also delivers new narrative elements and world polish, making this the most comprehensive release yet.

The game is currently available on Epic Games and Steam.

The final release brings:

  • Tier 9 and its five new milestones
  • Ficsonium for nuclear power without waste
  • Portal travel and fast conveyor belts for efficient logistics
  • Enhanced world design, cosmetics, and new multiplayer features
